# TalkEasy Terms of Service | User Agreement

## Service Description

TalkEasy provides virtual phone numbers, cloud calling dialer, AI voice agents, call recording, and team analytics software. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as specified in the chosen plan.

## Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to utilize TalkEasy virtual numbers for unlawful robocalling, harassment, spam, fraudulent schemes, or in violation of telecommunication regulatory guidelines (including TRAI/DoT directives).

## Compliance & Call Recording

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable consent and notification laws regarding call recording in their jurisdiction. TalkEasy provides automated recording announcements to assist with compliance.
