How we compared: prices from each provider's official page, checked in September 2026. Prices exclude 18% GST unless stated; the "with GST" figures are our calculation. GST on telecom services is 18% (CBIC).
Heyo Pro stops at 5 users, which is why the cheapest option changes at 6. Heyo's plans, and Superfone's half-yearly and yearly plans, include unlimited calling. The two ₹999 plans don't: TalkEasy Pro includes 3 hours of talktime a day, and Zoho Voice Team charges for calls and costs ₹999 only on yearly billing (₹1,499 monthly).
The arithmetic, step by step
Heyo Lite, 1 or 2 people
- ₹300 + 18% GST (₹54) = ₹354 a month, billed monthly
- × 12 = ₹4,248 a year
- Unlimited minutes, but no IVR menu, only a greeting (Heyo)
Superfone, 3 people
- ₹599 × 3 months = ₹1,797
-
- 18% GST (₹323.46) = ₹2,120.46; Superfone shows ₹2,120 a quarter
- ÷ 3 = ₹707 a month, with ₹2,120 due up front
- The quarterly plan caps outgoing calls at 2 hours a day for the whole account. The half-yearly (₹4,241) and yearly (₹8,482) plans cost the same per month and are unlimited (Superfone)
Superfone, 5 or 6 people
- Each member after the first 3 adds ₹200 a month plus GST
- 5 people: (₹599 + 2 × ₹200) × 1.18 = ₹1,178.82 a month
- 6 people: (₹599 + 3 × ₹200) × 1.18 = ₹1,414.82 a month. On the yearly plan, with unlimited calling, that is ₹16,977.84 up front
Heyo Pro, 3 to 5 people
- ₹600 + 18% GST (₹108) = ₹708 a month, with unlimited minutes and an IVR for 2 departments
TalkEasy Pro, any number of people
- ₹999 + 18% GST (₹179.82) = ₹1,178.82 a month for unlimited users (TalkEasy pricing)
- 3 hours of talktime a day are included; each extra hour is ₹49 + GST = ₹57.82
- TalkEasy's pricing page doesn't say whether the 3 hours is one allowance for the whole account or 3 hours for each user. The next two lines assume one allowance for the whole account.
- A team that runs 1 hour over on each of 26 working days: 26 × ₹57.82 = ₹1,503.32, so the bill becomes ₹2,682.14
- Against Superfone's yearly plan for 6 people (₹1,414.82 a month, unlimited calling), TalkEasy stays cheaper while extra talktime stays under about 4 hours a month: (₹1,414.82 − ₹1,178.82) ÷ ₹57.82 = 4.1 hours
Zoho Voice Team, up to 10 people
- ₹999 × 12 = ₹11,988 a year, billed yearly; + 18% GST = ₹14,145.84, or ₹1,178.82 a month. Paid monthly, it is ₹1,499 + GST = ₹1,768.82
- It includes a free Mumbai landline number and 1,000 free outgoing minutes a month. Incoming calls cost 0.4 credit a minute (1 credit = ₹1). Outgoing calls beyond the free minutes cost 0.8 credit a minute from that landline, or 0.4 from a Zoho mobile number, which rents for 799 credits a month (Zoho Voice)
Tata Tele Smartflo Lite, 1 agent
- ₹950 + 18% GST (₹171) = ₹1,121 a month. Tata's page doesn't show GST, so we add 18%
- First bill: the 3-month minimum (₹2,850) + ₹5,000 one-time = ₹7,850 before GST, or ₹9,263 with GST
- It includes a 5-level IVR. A second agent takes the monthly bill to ₹2,242 with GST (Tata Tele)
Knowlarity Advance, up to 5 users
- ₹16,800 a year ÷ 12 = ₹1,400 a month before GST; with 18% GST, ₹1,652 a month, or ₹19,824 paid up front
- 1,200 free minutes a month, then 30 paise per 30 seconds (Knowlarity)
Exotel Dabbler, 3 agents
- ₹9,999 for 5 months + 18% GST = ₹11,798.82 up front, or ₹2,359.76 a month, so just over the line
- ₹5,000 of the pack is call credit, and it includes a multi-level IVR (Exotel)
What pushes a cheap plan over ₹2,000
- User caps. Heyo Lite stops at 2 users and Pro at 5. Superfone adds ₹200 a month for each user after 3.
- Minutes. Superfone's quarterly plan limits outgoing calls to 2 hours a day across the account. TalkEasy includes 3 hours of talktime a day, then charges ₹49 plus GST an hour. Zoho Voice charges incoming calls and, beyond its free minutes, outgoing calls by the minute.
- Billing period. Superfone's cheapest cycle is a quarter, Tata Tele has a 3-month minimum, and MyOperator bills a year at a time: its ₹5,000-a-month Sedan plan means ₹60,000 plus GST up front.
- Per-user pricing. Bonvoice's User Based plan is ₹1,499 a month for 1 user. CallHippo Starter is ₹1,900 per user billed yearly, which crosses ₹2,000 once GST is added (₹2,242).
- One-time fees. Tata Tele adds ₹5,000 at the start.
- No refunds. Heyo and Superfone don't refund plans, so use the trial first.
Five questions to ask before you pay
Ask these on the trial or in the sales chat, and write the answers down:
- How many users does this price cover, and what does the next one cost?
- Are minutes capped, and is the cap per user or for the account?
- Is GST included in the price shown?
- How long are call recordings kept? Superfone keeps them 30 days on its base plan, Heyo up to 6 months.
- If I cancel after one month, do I get anything back? At Heyo and Superfone the answer is no.
Which cheap plan fits which business
- A solo owner or a two-person shop: Heyo Lite, ₹354 a month with GST.
- Three people who want a 10-digit mobile-style number: Superfone, ₹2,120 a quarter.
- Up to 5 people who need a "press 1, press 2" menu: Heyo Pro, ₹708 a month.
- 6 or more people with light calling, or a team that is hiring: TalkEasy Pro, ₹1,179 a month for any headcount, while the team's calls fit in 3 hours a day (if that allowance is shared). Zoho Voice Team matches the price for up to 10 users if you already use Zoho apps and pay yearly.
- 6 or more people on the phone all day: Superfone's yearly plan, ₹1,415 a month for 6 with unlimited calling, paid a year up front.
- A prepaid budget with a multi-level IVR: Exotel Dabbler, if ₹11,799 up front works for you.

Where TalkEasy is and isn't the cheap option
For 1 to 5 people, TalkEasy by GrowEasy isn't the cheapest: Heyo costs less at every size up to 5, and Superfone up to 4. From the sixth person, TalkEasy's ₹999 plus GST is the lowest listed price, level with Zoho Voice's yearly Team plan, because users are unlimited and the price doesn't change as you hire.
The catch is talk time. If Pro's 3 hours a day is one allowance for the whole account, a busy team soon pays for extra hours, and Superfone's yearly plan with unlimited calling becomes cheaper once you go about 4 hours over in a month.
TalkEasy suits a team that wants more than a number. Pro includes call recording and history, team management, an analytics dashboard and AI Call Assist. TalkEasy also offers AI call summaries: after a call it transcribes the recording and notes the customer's requirement and the next follow-up (AI call summaries).
