Which kind of TeleCRM alternative do you need?

Lists of TeleCRM alternatives mix three kinds of product. Decide the type first: it sets how calls are placed, which number the customer sees and how you pay.

Telecaller CRMs: TeleCRM, Runo, NeoDove, GoDial, Salesmax

These hold the lead list, assign leads to callers, dial with one tap and log the outcome and next follow-up. Most place calls from the caller's own SIM, so the customer sees that caller's mobile number and the phone's mobile plan pays for the minutes. Pick this type when leads arrive from Facebook, IndiaMART or your website and too many go uncalled.

SIM call trackers: Callyzer

A tracker installs on each caller's Android phone, reads the call log and sends it to a dashboard: calls made, answered and missed, talk time and working hours. Pick this type when you already manage leads elsewhere and only need to see calling activity.

Cloud-number phone systems: TalkEasy, Superfone, MyOperator

The business gets its own number, and the team shares it through an app. Calls are logged against that number whoever answers, recordings sit in one place, and the number stays with the business when a caller leaves. Calling comes with the plan, either unlimited or as a talktime allowance. Expect KYC before a business number goes live: the Department of Telecommunications has made end-user KYC mandatory for business connections. Our guide to virtual business numbers in India covers number types and KYC documents.

What does TeleCRM cost?

TeleCRM's single Core CRM plan costs ₹1,099 per user a month billed quarterly, or ₹799 billed annually, which is ₹9,588 per user a year. It needs at least 3 users, so the smallest annual account is ₹28,764. It includes the 1-click dialer, call recording, follow-ups, reports and a leaderboard, up to 10,000 automations a month and lead capture from 15+ platforms, among them Facebook Ads, Google Ads, IndiaMART, Justdial and 99acres. TeleCRM's own FAQ says "your team can call your leads one by one from their phone", so calls go out on each caller's SIM.

The add-ons are Chat Sync at ₹200 per user a month, a one-time WhatsApp API setup charge of ₹1,999, and custom API integrations at ₹999 an hour. Quarterly and annual plans get a full refund within the first seven days if you join a feedback call. The pricing page does not state GST.

The best TeleCRM alternatives, one by one

Runo: the nearest like-for-like switch

Runo sells the same CRM on three kinds of calling: the caller's SIM, a "Virtual SIM", or cloud telephony. On SIM without AI, billed yearly, the plans cost ₹199 (Lite: call tracking, recording, click-to-call and call logs), ₹499 (Starter: adds the CRM, lead capture and assignment, and follow-up reminders), ₹599 (Growth) and ₹799 (Scale: adds workflow automation) per user a month. Quarterly billing costs ₹200 to ₹400 more per user a month.

AI plans with call transcription and summaries start at ₹699 (Lite) and ₹999 (Starter) billed yearly, or you can pay for AI by use at ₹1.20 a minute. Moving from SIM to a Virtual SIM or cloud number raises Starter to ₹898 or ₹1,198 per user a month billed yearly. Runo has a 10-day free trial with no card, and taxes are extra.

Choose Runo if you want TeleCRM's way of working at a lower seat price. Skip it if you want one flat team price; Runo charges per user.

NeoDove: the cheapest team plan

NeoDove prices by team size, not by seat. NeoLite costs ₹17,999 a year for up to 10 users, about ₹150 per user a month when all 10 seats are used, with 50,000 contacts, 2 pipelines and 5 workflows. NeoPlus costs ₹24,999 a year for up to 20 users and 2,00,000 contacts. GST is extra and the prices apply to clients in India.

NeoDove works with SIM calling, cloud telephony or VoIP. IVR, VoIP, WhatsApp API and AI voice agents cost extra. Its AI plans start at ₹22,999 a year for 10 users with 2 AI calling agents and 250 AI minutes.

Choose NeoDove for 5 to 20 callers on one yearly bill. Skip it if you need to pay month by month; the listed plans are yearly.

GoDial: a SIM auto-dialer for list work

GoDial costs ₹449 per user a month, or ₹4,309 per user a year. It dials lists automatically from the caller's own SIM and includes a CRM, lead distribution, tasks and tracking. The subscription excludes storage, WhatsApp credits and voice-broadcast credits. There is a 4-day free trial.

Choose GoDial for a team calling long lists of people who asked to hear from you. Its pricing page advertises "No KYC, No Spam Blocking", but TRAI's rules still apply: read the compliance note below before you point any auto-dialer at cold numbers.

Salesmax.ai: calls and WhatsApp in one CRM

Salesmax costs ₹599 per user a month billed annually, with a 5-user minimum, so the smallest account is ₹35,940 a year before GST. Calling runs on Android phones and existing SIMs; cloud telephony (click-to-call, IVR and recordings) is a ₹15,000-a-year add-on, and WhatsApp Business API is ₹12,000 a year per number.

Choose Salesmax if WhatsApp is where most of your deals close. For a 2 or 3 person team, the 5-user minimum makes it poor value.

Callyzer: when you only need call tracking

Callyzer's Basic plan costs ₹175 per phone number a month (₹161 billed yearly). It tracks calls, talk time and working hours, and lists missed calls nobody returned. Basic + Lead adds lead management for ₹275 (₹252 billed yearly). There is a 15-day trial for 5 numbers. Our Callyzer alternatives guide compares it with other call trackers.

Zoho CRM with Zoho Voice: if you already use Zoho

Zoho CRM Standard costs ₹800 per user a month billed annually (₹1,300 billed monthly), and a free edition covers 3 users. To call from the CRM you need telephony. Zoho Voice Basic costs ₹699 per user a month billed annually, with a Mumbai landline number and 1,000 free outgoing minutes per licence. Zoho CRM teams can instead take Voice's Standard plan: ₹2,499 a month billed annually for one admin plus 10 telephony agents who call from inside the CRM, with 1,000 free outgoing minutes a month on the licence. Calls beyond the free minutes are charged in credits (1 credit is ₹1; calls to mobiles cost 0.4 credit a minute). Taxes are extra on both.

For five users, CRM Standard plus Voice Standard costs about ₹6,499 a month before call charges, more than most telecaller CRMs.

LeadSquared: for larger, process-heavy teams

LeadSquared's Sales Pro plan costs ₹2,500 per user a month and Sales Super ₹5,000. Its telephony is a connector: LeadSquared links to providers such as Exotel, Ozonetel and Ameyo, which bill calls separately.

TalkEasy by GrowEasy: one business number instead of personal SIMs

TalkEasy gives your team a cloud business number that runs in the TalkEasy app alongside each person's existing SIM, so business calls stay separate from personal ones. The whole team can share one number, and every call is logged against it whoever answers.

The dialer is click-to-call inside the app. It logs each call's contact, time, duration and outcome, and the caller can add a note. Calls are recorded with an announcement at the start, and after each call TalkEasy writes an AI call summary of the customer's requirement, objections and next follow-up, usually within a couple of minutes. Pro costs ₹999 a month plus GST for unlimited users, with 3 hours of talktime a day and extra talktime at ₹49 an hour plus GST (TalkEasy pricing).

Choose TalkEasy if customers call your business back, you want one number on your ads and visiting cards, and you want recordings and summaries without paying per seat. Choose Runo, NeoDove or TeleCRM instead if you need lead capture from portals, sales pipelines or automatic list dialling. TalkEasy Pro does not include integrations; custom CRM integration is part of the Enterprise plan. The app is on Google Play for Android.

What does each option cost for a five-person team?

Worked example: five callers, annual billing where the provider offers it, before GST. For a wider view of phone costs, see what a business phone number costs in India.

OptionMonthly cost for 5 callersHow the call minutes are paid
Callyzer Basic + Lead₹1,260Each caller's mobile plan
NeoDove NeoLite₹1,500 (₹17,999 a year)Each caller's mobile plan, or paid cloud or VoIP add-ons
GoDial₹1,795 (₹21,545 a year)Each caller's mobile plan
Runo Starter (SIM, no AI)₹2,495Each caller's mobile plan
Salesmax.ai₹2,995Each caller's mobile plan, or the ₹15,000-a-year cloud add-on
TeleCRM₹3,995Each caller's mobile plan
Zoho CRM Standard + Zoho Voice Standard₹6,4991,000 free outgoing minutes a month, then credits
LeadSquared Sales Pro₹12,500Your telephony provider's bill
TalkEasy Pro₹999 while the team uses 3 hours of talktime a day or lessIncluded talktime, then ₹49 an hour

TalkEasy's bill depends on talktime. Pro includes 3 hours a day on the plan. If five callers each use 2 hours of talktime a day, that is 7 extra hours, or ₹343 a day: about ₹8,900 a month over 26 working days, or ₹9,900 with the plan. For heavy outbound calling, a SIM-based CRM costs less. If the whole team stays within 3 hours of talktime a day, TalkEasy is the lowest bill in this table and nobody uses a personal SIM for work.

TeleCRM vs Callyzer: which is which?

TeleCRM is where callers work: the lead list, the dialer, the call outcome and the next follow-up. Callyzer watches the calls that callers make from their phones and reports on them. TeleCRM costs ₹799 per user a month billed yearly; Callyzer costs ₹161 to ₹252 per number a month billed yearly.

Pick Callyzer if leads already live in a sheet or another CRM (it connects to Zoho CRM and LeadSquared for ₹150 per number a month). Pick TeleCRM if leads need to be captured, assigned and chased in one place.

Can your team make sales calls from 10-digit numbers?

Compliance note. Since TRAI's February 2025 amendment to the telecom commercial communication rules (TCCCPR), senders may not use normal 10-digit numbers for telemarketing (PIB, 12 Feb 2025). Promotional calls must come from a 140-series number, and a business that wants one must register with a telecom operator under the TCCCPR framework (TRAI press release 91/2026). A first violation bars outgoing calls on all the sender's telecom resources for 15 days. A repeat disconnects all of them, SIP and PRI lines included, across all operators for one year and blacklists the sender. This applies whichever app you use: a SIM dialer or a cloud business number is an ordinary number under these rules. Service and transactional calls by banks, NBFCs, insurers and other BFSI firms must come from 1600-series numbers (same press release; deadlines in PIB, 19 Nov 2025). Our telecalling app guide covers enquiry follow-ups, auto-dialer rules and DND.

Choosing your TeleCRM alternative

If your team's calls are mostly inbound enquiries and follow-ups, and you want one shared number with recordings and AI summaries at a flat plan price, see how the TalkEasy business dialer works. If you need a telecaller CRM, run Runo's 10-day trial or ask NeoDove for a demo with your real lead list before you cancel TeleCRM.

Frequently asked

On list price, yes. NeoDove's NeoLite plan costs ₹17,999 a year for up to 10 users, with GST extra. TeleCRM at ₹799 per user a month billed yearly comes to ₹95,880 a year for 10 users. The gap shrinks if you need NeoDove's paid extras such as IVR, VoIP calling or WhatsApp API, and NeoDove's FAQ says final pricing is confirmed after a demo.

TeleCRM lists Chat Sync at ₹200 per user a month and a one-time WhatsApp API setup charge of ₹1,999. Its FAQ says its WhatsApp automation carries no further TeleCRM charge, but you still pay Meta's WhatsApp API messaging charges on top. Custom API work to connect other software costs ₹999 an hour.

No. TeleCRM, GoDial, Callyzer and Runo's SIM plans place or track calls on each caller's own SIM, so the minutes come out of that phone's mobile plan and the app charges per user or per number. Cloud-number systems put calling in the plan instead, either unlimited or as an allowance with paid top-ups, for example ₹49 an hour on TalkEasy beyond 3 hours a day.

For up to 3 users, Zoho CRM's free edition covers leads, deals, workflows, reports and a mobile app, but you need a telephony service to call from it. Zoho's own is Zoho Voice, from ₹699 per user a month billed yearly with a Mumbai landline number, or ₹2,499 a month for an admin plus 10 agents calling from the CRM. Past 3 users, Zoho CRM Standard costs ₹800 per user a month billed yearly, plus taxes.

Not from an ordinary mobile or landline number. TRAI's 2025 rules require promotional calls to come from a 140-series number, which means registering as a sender with a telecom operator, and people who block a sector on the DND registry don't receive those calls. Customers can complain within 7 days of a call, and 5 complaints in 10 days trigger action. The September 2026 amendment, once in force, lowers that to 3 when the operator's AI system also flags the number.
