Callyzer Alternatives for Call Tracking in India

The main Callyzer alternatives in India are Runo (₹199 per user a month for SIM call tracking, billed yearly), RMDialer (₹159 per user a month, billed yearly), Salestrail ($5 per user a month) and GoDial (₹449 per user a month), all of which track calls made on your team's own SIMs. Callyzer itself costs ₹175 per phone number a month, or ₹161 billed yearly, before taxes.

If you would rather track calls on a number the business owns, cloud-number systems such as TalkEasy (₹999 a month for unlimited users) and Superfone (₹599 a month for 3 users, paid quarterly or longer) log calls without reading anyone's phone. Disclosure: TalkEasy is our product.

SIM call tracking or a cloud number?

Callyzer and most of its alternatives track calls on SIMs your team already has. A cloud number puts calls on a business line instead, so the business owns the number and the call history.

Choose SIM tracking when staff use company SIMs and you only need activity reports. Choose a cloud number when customers should reach the business rather than one person, or when you don't want work calls on personal phones. Expect KYC for any business number: the Department of Telecommunications has made end-user KYC mandatory for business connections, and our virtual number guide lists the usual documents.

What does Callyzer cost?

Callyzer charges per phone number, not per user. Basic costs ₹175 per number a month billed monthly, or ₹161 billed yearly. It covers call tracking, summary statistics of call data, working-hours reports, periodic PDF reports, lists of missed calls nobody returned and dialled calls that never connected, admin users, a daily status email and excluded numbers. Basic + Lead costs ₹275, or ₹252 billed yearly, and adds lead management, custom lead-form fields, lead distribution and lead reports. You can upgrade from Basic to Basic + Lead mid-subscription but not downgrade.

Callyzer add-onPrice per month

Google Sheet import₹49 per sheet
API, webhook, Zapier and Make.com₹150 per phone number

All Callyzer prices exclude taxes and fees. A 10-person team on Basic + Lead billed yearly, with 5GB of recording storage and IndiaMART leads, pays ₹2,520 + ₹500 + ₹500, or ₹3,520 a month before tax.

The best Callyzer alternatives, one by one

Runo Lite: SIM tracking with a CRM upgrade path

Runo's Lite plan on SIM, without AI, costs ₹199 per user a month billed yearly (₹399 quarterly). It covers call tracking, automatic call recording, click-to-call and inbound and outbound call logs. Starter at ₹499 adds call notes and dispositions, lead capture and assignment, and follow-up reminders. AI transcription and call summaries start at ₹699 per user a month on Lite, billed yearly.

Runo also sells each plan on a "Virtual SIM" or cloud telephony, with Lite at ₹598 or ₹898 billed yearly, if you later want calls on a business number. There is a 10-day free trial with no card, and taxes are extra.

RMDialer: the lowest per-user price with a dialer

RMDialer costs ₹1,908 per user a year (₹159 a month) or ₹747 per user for 3 months (₹249 a month), plus taxes. One plan includes the mobile dialer and auto-dialer, leads, WhatsApp, reminders and a web CRM. At 10 users the yearly price drops to ₹1,599 per user, and at 20 users to ₹1,400. Calls run on your own SIM, so they cost your normal operator rate.

RMDialer has Android and iPhone apps, but its site says the iPhone app has "every feature except the call log", so call tracking needs Android. There is a 3-day free trial with no card.

Salestrail: for iPhones and WhatsApp calls

Salestrail, made by Liid Oy in Finland, costs $5 per user a month, or $3.50 billed yearly, in US dollars. It lists iOS and Android apps for tracking SIM calls, and it tracks WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business calls on Android only. Call recording costs $2 more per user a month and also works on Android only; CRM integration costs $4 more. There is a five-day trial.

GoDial: tracking with automatic dialling

GoDial costs ₹449 per user a month, or ₹4,309 per user a year. It dials lists automatically from each caller's SIM and includes a CRM, lead distribution, tasks and tracking. Storage and WhatsApp credits cost extra. There is a 4-day free trial.

TeleCRM and NeoDove: when tracked calls should feed a CRM

If tracking is only half the job and leads also need capturing and chasing, a telecaller CRM does both. TeleCRM costs ₹799 per user a month billed yearly (₹1,099 quarterly) for at least 3 users, with a 1-click dialer, call recording and lead capture from 15+ platforms, including IndiaMART, Justdial and Facebook Ads. NeoDove's NeoLite plan costs ₹17,999 a year for up to 10 users, GST extra. Our TeleCRM alternatives comparison covers both in detail.

TalkEasy by GrowEasy: track calls on a shared business number

TalkEasy tracks calls on its own cloud business number. The number runs in the TalkEasy app alongside each person's existing SIM; the whole team can share it, and every call is logged against it whoever answers. Call analytics show total calls, answer rate, missed calls, average talk-time, team performance and peak calling hours, with per-agent, daily and monthly reports you can download.

Calls are recorded with an announcement at the start and stored encrypted, with access limited to the admins you choose. After each call, TalkEasy transcribes the recording and writes an AI call summary of the customer's requirement, objections and next follow-up. Incoming calls can be routed by team, department or availability, and with missed-call automation on, TalkEasy calls back customers whose calls were missed. Pro costs ₹999 a month plus GST for unlimited users, with 3 hours of talktime a day and extra talktime at ₹49 an hour plus GST (pricing).

TalkEasy's reports cover calls on the TalkEasy business number. If you want to monitor calls on the SIM numbers your staff already use, Callyzer, Runo Lite or RMDialer fit better. The app is on Google Play for Android.

Superfone and MyOperator: other cloud numbers

Superfone costs ₹599 a month plus 18% GST for 1 virtual number and 3 users including the owner, paid quarterly or longer, and ₹200 a month for each extra member. It includes 30 days of automatic call recording, a one-level IVR and number masking. Quarterly plans cap outgoing calls at 2 hours a day; half-yearly and yearly plans don't. Its pricing page also states: "We do not support bulk / spam calling".

MyOperator's Sedan plan costs ₹5,000 a month billed yearly for 10 users, with IVR, unlimited incoming and outgoing calls, call recording and WhatsApp chat, plus GST. Its auto-dialer add-on starts at ₹700 per user a month. For more cloud options, see our comparison of virtual number providers.

What does call tracking cost for a 10-person team?

Worked example: 10 users, yearly billing where offered, before tax. SIM-based tools also need each phone's mobile plan.

OptionMonthly cost for 10 usersWhat you get
RMDialer (10-user yearly rate)₹1,333 (₹15,990 a year)Dialer, tracking and CRM on your SIMs
NeoDove NeoLite₹1,500 (₹17,999 a year)Telecaller CRM
Callyzer Basic₹1,610Call tracking only
Runo Lite (SIM, no AI)₹1,990Tracking and recording
Superfone₹1,999 (₹599 + 7 extra members at ₹200), plus 18% GST1 shared number, IVR Lite, 30-day recordings; unlimited outgoing on 6- or 12-month plans
Callyzer Basic + Lead₹2,520Tracking and lead management
GoDial₹3,591 (₹43,090 a year)Auto-dialer, CRM and tracking
MyOperator Sedan₹5,00010 users, IVR, WhatsApp chat
TeleCRM₹7,990Full telecaller CRM
Salestrail$35SIM and WhatsApp call tracking; recording extra
TalkEasy Pro₹999, plus ₹49 for each hour beyond 3 hours a dayShared number, recordings, AI summaries, analytics

TalkEasy's total depends on talktime, since Pro includes 3 hours a day on the plan. A 10-person team that uses the shared number mostly for enquiries and callbacks, and uses 4 hours of talktime a day in total, pays ₹999 plus 26 extra hours at ₹49: about ₹2,270 a month over 26 working days. For 10 full-time outbound callers, the extra talktime makes a SIM tracker the cheaper choice.

Does call tracking make sales calls compliant?

Compliance note. No. Tracking calls doesn't change which calls you may make. Since TRAI's February 2025 amendment to the TCCCPR rules, senders may not use normal 10-digit numbers for telemarketing (PIB, 12 Feb 2025). Promotional calls must come from a 140-series number, and a business that wants one must register with a telecom operator under the TCCCPR framework (TRAI press release 91/2026). A first violation bars outgoing calls on all the sender's telecom resources for 15 days; a repeat disconnects all of them, SIP and PRI lines included, across all operators for a year and blacklists the sender. Recording is a separate question. No single Indian law covers a business recording its own customer calls, but the DPDP Act counts recording as processing of personal data, and its notice and consent duties phase in over 18 months from November 2025. Announcing the recording at the start of the call is common practice. Our telecalling app guide covers service calls, enquiry follow-ups and auto-dialer rules.

Choosing your Callyzer alternative

Stay with a SIM tracker (Callyzer, Runo Lite or RMDialer) if your team uses company SIMs on Android and you only need activity reports. If you want calls, recordings and per-agent reports on one business number that your company keeps, see how TalkEasy call analytics works.

Frequently asked

No. Callyzer lists its tracking app for Android only and tells you to install it on your team's Android smartphones. For iPhones, Salestrail lists an iOS app that tracks SIM calls, though its WhatsApp tracking and call recording work on Android only. RMDialer's iPhone app has every feature except the call log. A cloud business number logs calls on the provider's side instead, if the provider has an iPhone app.

Callyzer offers a 15-day free trial for up to 5 phone numbers, with every Basic + Lead feature switched on. After the trial, Basic costs ₹175 per number a month, or ₹161 billed yearly, plus taxes. You can upgrade from Basic to Basic + Lead during a subscription but can't move back down, so start on Basic if you are unsure.

Only if the app says so. WhatsApp calls don't appear in the phone's normal call log, which is what SIM trackers read. Salestrail says it tracks "SIM / GSM calls as well as Whatsapp And Whatsapp Business calls", with WhatsApp tracking on Android only, from $5 per user a month or $3.50 billed yearly. If your customers often call on WhatsApp, test this during Salestrail's five-day trial before you commit.

Callyzer syncs recordings from employees' phones to its cloud dashboard, so each phone has to record the call first. Recording storage is an add-on at ₹500 per 5GB a month. Cloud-number systems record on the platform instead: Superfone includes 30 days of automatic recording, and TalkEasy announces the recording at the start of the call and stores it encrypted for admins you choose.

Callyzer reports on calls your team makes from its phones; TeleCRM is a CRM where callers work their leads and dial from their phones. Callyzer costs ₹161 to ₹252 per number a month billed yearly, and TeleCRM ₹799 per user a month billed yearly. If your leads already sit in Zoho CRM or LeadSquared, Callyzer's ₹150-a-month integration logs calls against them.
