Introduction
JustCall prices its plans in US dollars, per user, billed annually, with a two-user minimum. For a team in India, the bill you plan in rupees depends on an exchange rate you do not control and a seat count you pay for at the listed annual rate.
Per-seat dollars and rupee talktime are priced on different bases. To compare them you need a conversion on a stated date and a number for how much your team actually talks. Talktime is the time your team spends on calls, and team talk-hours a day is that time summed across all users.
This page gives you both. It converts JustCall's plans for a five-person and a ten-person team at the October 2026 rate, sets them beside our monthly plan, and gives a break-even in talk-hours you can check against your own call log. It also covers what JustCall's India numbers can do.
Key takeaways
- For an Indian team that mainly calls Indian customers, we recommend TalkEasy: rupee billing, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), card or netbanking, a saved invoice and no seat minimum.
- At ₹95.25 per US dollar (29 October 2026), JustCall Team costs ₹13,811 a month for five users and ₹27,623 for ten, on the listed annual rate. Our plan's total is below that seat fee under roughly 13 and 24 team talk-hours a day, assuming one shared daily allowance per account and daily overage billing.
- JustCall lists 100+ customer relationship management (CRM) integrations and local numbers in 70+ countries; TalkEasy's Enterprise plan includes custom CRM integration.
- Before you commit to either, run the six pass/fail checks on currency, GST (goods and services tax) invoice, lock-in, India number, talk-hours and CRM.
When is TalkEasy the better choice than JustCall for an Indian team?
TalkEasy is the better choice when your team calls mainly within India, wants to pay in rupees, and talks less than the break-even worked out below. Four facts, beyond the rupee billing in the table above, support that.
- You do not buy seats. Our paid plans include unlimited users and contacts, while JustCall's Team, Pro and Pro Plus plans need at least two licences.
- You can leave when you want. We have no long-term lock-in. JustCall's annual rate commits you for a year, and its monthly billing costs more per user.
- Your whole team shares one number. Our virtual business number is a shared business number with routing, recordings, analytics and AI summaries, used through the TalkEasy app.
- Call review is done for you. Our AI call summaries give a transcript, summary, intent and follow-up within a couple of minutes. AI call insights flag objections, competitor mentions, pricing, follow-ups and compliance issues. Call analytics reports show answer rate, missed calls, talk time and peak hours.
Sales Call Analytics covers call volume, answer rates, missed calls, talk time, team performance and peak hours, and reports are downloadable.
What does JustCall offer that some Indian teams need?
JustCall lists 100+ CRM and data integrations, local numbers in 70+ countries and a dedicated sales suite. Those matter to teams that log calls natively into a major CRM, call customers outside India, or want that suite.
- CRM logging. JustCall's integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach and Salesloft. Our Enterprise plan includes custom CRM integration, quoted individually.
- Numbers abroad. JustCall offers local numbers in 70+ countries. Our page on calling globally from an Indian sales team covers what is possible from India.
- A sales suite. JustCall's SalesPro plan lists unlimited outbound calling, priced on request with a two-licence minimum.
How does JustCall's dollar per-seat price convert to rupees?
At ₹95.25 per US dollar, JustCall's three published plans cost ₹2,762, ₹4,667 and ₹8,477 per user per month on annual billing. Five Team users cost ₹13,811 a month. The rupee figure moves with the exchange rate, because a dollar charge on a card converts at your bank's rate on the day.
For five users over 12 months at the annual rate, Team comes to ₹1,65,735, Pro to ₹2,80,035 and Pro Plus to ₹5,08,635.
The conversion uses about ₹95.25 per US dollar, the Trading Economics rate on 29 October 2026. Multiply the dollar prices by the day's rate to update it. Ten Team users for 12 months at the annual rate come to ₹3,31,470.
JustCall also sells monthly billing at a higher per-user rate. We use the annual rate because it is the listed headline price.
The table is seat fees only. JustCall's price list also shows AI Review Assist at $9 per user, local number bundles at $75 to $200 a month, and AI Voice Agent with volume discounts down to $0.15 a minute. Team, Pro and Pro Plus include 1,000 outbound minutes per user per month.

How do we bill, and what do five and ten people pay on each?
We bill a monthly subscription plus talktime. Pro is ₹999 + GST a month with three talktime hours a day, and extra talktime is ₹49 + GST an hour. Enterprise is quoted and includes unlimited users and talktime. Cancel anytime.
Our model for monthly cost before GST:
Plan fee + (team talk-hours a day − included hours) × extra hourly rate × 26 working days, with no extra charge at or below the included hours.
The assumptions are ours. We treat the three included hours as one daily allowance for the account, with extra hours billed daily, and we use 26 working days a month. The reps' talk-hours of one and two hours each are illustrations, not measurements. JustCall figures are seat fees only, before tax.
The break-even is the team talk-hours a day at which the two bills match: included hours + (JustCall monthly ₹ − plan fee) ÷ (extra hourly rate × 26).
- Five people against JustCall Team: about 13 hours a day (2.6 hours each).
- Ten people against JustCall Team: about 24 hours a day (2.4 hours each).
- Five people against Pro: about 20.5 hours a day.
- Ten people against Pro: about 39 hours a day.
The break-even compares our total with JustCall's seat fee only. JustCall's own usage charges beyond its 1,000-minute allowance, which covers outbound minutes only, are not modelled. Below those levels our bill is lower than JustCall's seat fee. Above them, JustCall's seat fee alone is lower than our bill, before any JustCall usage charges; for very high talk-time, ask us for an Enterprise quote. GST is added to our plan and talktime. For more team sizes, see our 5, 10 and 20 person costings.

What can JustCall's India numbers do for a business in India?
JustCall sells two India numbers. The 000 800 toll-free number only takes calls and is for businesses registered outside India. The +91 mobile number is for businesses registered in India and takes and makes calls. Neither sends or receives text messages.
- Toll-free (000 800). It costs $25 a month per number on top of the plan, and the team must answer from outside India.
- Mobile (+91). It needs Indian KYC (know-your-customer) documents: a company registration or GST certificate, an address proof and an authorised signatory's ID. JustCall shows its price in the app.
- No SMS. Without text messages, neither number can receive one-time passcodes (OTPs), so keep your Indian mobile SIM (subscriber identity module) card for those.
JustCall's India number guide lists the +91 number as available now, while its help-centre article on purchasing an India number describes only the toll-free number. An Indian company should confirm the +91 number is available for its account, and what it costs, before planning around it.
What should you check about GST, invoices and card charges before switching?
Run six checks before you sign with either provider. Each has a clear pass or fail.
- Currency. JustCall prices in US dollars, so ask your card issuer for its foreign-currency fee on dollar payments. Pass: the fee is under the amount you set, and you add it to the table's figures. Fail: it is over.
- GST invoice. Ask JustCall in writing whether an invoice to an Indian company shows GST and your GSTIN (GST identification number). Pass: both appear. Fail: either is missing, so ask your accountant how to record the purchase before paying.
- Lock-in. The annual rate commits you for a year, while JustCall's monthly billing costs more. Take the 12-month figures in the conversion section above. Pass: you can still afford it if your team halves. Fail: you cannot, so price monthly billing with JustCall.
- India number. Ask JustCall to confirm in writing that +91 outbound is enabled for your account and to give its price. Pass: written confirmation with a price. Fail: no confirmation, or a toll-free number only, which cannot call out.
- Talk-hours. Add up call durations from your last 30 days in any dialer and divide by 26. Pass for talktime pricing: the total is below your break-even (about 13 for five people, 24 for ten). Fail: it is above, so compare the seat price or an Enterprise quote.
- CRM. Name the one CRM your team logs calls into. Pass for JustCall: it is on JustCall's integration list and you will use the logging daily. Fail: calls are logged by hand today and will stay that way, so the integration buys nothing.
Our verdict
TalkEasy suits an Indian team that calls within India and talks less than the break-even, because it bills in rupees with no seat minimum or lock-in.
How we compared
We compared on rupee cost, billing mechanics and fit for calling within India. We used JustCall's price list and India-number guide as of 29 October 2026, and our own plan terms. We converted at about ₹95.25 per US dollar on 29 October 2026 (Trading Economics), rounded half up to the nearest rupee. The TalkEasy figures are our model, not measured on a live team, and we did not compare voice quality.
