In brief

TeleCMI Basic starts at ₹587 in TeleCMI's article or ₹734 excluding GST on a reseller listing, and whether that is per user or per bundle is unresolved. Five users could pay anywhere from ₹887 to ₹3,670 a month before extra minutes. Get the user count, minute pool and all-in monthly total in writing.

A plan marketed as unlimited calling carries a published limit of 1,000 minutes per user a month. On this page, the minute pool means those minutes, added up across the team and shared between its users. Getting the structure wrong costs real money. At the ₹587 figure, a five-person team pays ₹2,935 a month if every user is charged ₹587. It pays ₹887 if ₹587 buys a bundle of up to four users plus ₹300 for the fifth. That is a gap of ₹2,048 a month, or ₹24,576 over a year, before GST (Goods and Services Tax). The arithmetic is ours, from TeleCMI's June 2026 article and its plan page. Below you get each source's figure side by side, bills for 3, 5, 10 and 20 users under both readings, a worked five-person example and the questions to put to TeleCMI in writing.

TeleCMI's article says Premium includes CRM (customer relationship management software) integration. Enterprise includes open APIs (application programming interfaces, which let your own software connect to the phone system), desk phone support, shift-based routing and a dedicated account manager.

1,300 extra minutes add ₹767 a month

International calls are charged per minute outside the minute pool.

Minimum users

Three or four users on Basic

Sources give three or four for Basic.

Key takeaways

  • TeleCMI Basic starts at ₹587 in TeleCMI's article or ₹734 excluding GST on a reseller listing. Whether that is per user or for a bundle is unresolved, so five users could pay anywhere from ₹887 to ₹3,670 a month before extra minutes.
  • The minimum number of users differs by source: three in TeleCMI's article, four on the reseller listing, and "up to 4" on TeleCMI's plan page. Get the number for your team in writing.
  • A five-person team making 60 minutes of calls per person per day passes the Basic minute pool by 1,300 minutes. That is ₹767 a month at the ₹0.59 a minute shown on the reseller listing.
  • A flat plan with unlimited users can cost less than per-user pricing when your team's talk hours are modest, so compare hours of talk rather than seats.

How much does TeleCMI cost per user per month in India?

TeleCMI's Basic plan starts at ₹587 in the company's article published on 25 June 2026 and at ₹734 excluding GST on a reseller listing. The sources also disagree on structure and minimum users.

Until TeleCMI confirms the structure, we would budget on the per-user reading, which is the higher one, and treat the bundle reading as a saving to confirm in writing.

Why do TeleCMI's ₹587, ₹734 and ₹866 figures differ?

TeleCMI's ₹866 is ₹734 plus 18% GST: ₹734 × 1.18 = ₹866.12, and the reseller listing shows both.

Our inference, not a TeleCMI statement: ₹734 ÷ ₹587 = 1.25. TeleCMI's article labels Premium ₹755 as annual commitment and ₹944 as month-to-month, and ₹944 ÷ ₹755 is also 1.25. So ₹587 may be Basic's annual rate and ₹734 its monthly rate. If that pairing holds, the annual rate is 20% below the monthly one.

Ask TeleCMI which billing term each figure belongs to, and whether it is quoted before GST.

What does "unlimited calling" cover on TeleCMI?

TeleCMI's "unlimited calling" covers a monthly minute pool, not unlimited minutes. TeleCMI's fair-usage policy sets 1,000 minutes per user per calendar month on Basic (India) and 2,000 on Premium (India). Five Basic users share 5,000 minutes, and international calls are charged per minute outside the minute pool.

TeleCMI may suspend, limit or terminate access if a customer keeps exceeding the minute pool.

What the minute pool means, by our arithmetic:

  • 1,000 minutes is about 16.7 hours a month, or about 48 minutes per person per working day over 21 working days.
  • Under the per-user reading, a fully used minute pool costs ₹0.587 a minute at ₹587 and ₹0.734 at ₹734. On Premium it costs ₹0.378 at ₹755 and ₹0.472 at ₹944.
  • A sales caller on the phone for two hours a day uses about 2,520 minutes a month, well above one person's share of a Basic minute pool.

The minute pool is where a displayed price and a final quote can part. A customer wrote in a Trustpilot review dated 26 August 2026: "Their pricing page shows ₹734/user/month with 'Unlimited Calling*', but after multiple attempts to purchase, their team told me the actual cost for inbound + outbound calling would be around ₹1249–₹1,499 per user/month." That is 1.7 to 2.0 times ₹734, our division of ₹1,249 and ₹1,499 by ₹734. It is one customer's experience, not a published price, but it is the reason to ask for an all-in figure.

What will 3, 5, 10 or 20 TeleCMI Basic users cost a month?

Five Basic users cost between ₹887 and ₹3,670 a month before GST and extra minutes, depending on which reading of TeleCMI's structure applies. The cost table above is our model, not a TeleCMI quote. The bundle figure assumes ₹587 buys up to four users and each user beyond four adds ₹300, as the plan page describes.

Add 18% GST for the invoice total. Five users at ₹734 each come to ₹3,670 × 1.18 = ₹4,331.

What pushes a TeleCMI bill up or down?

The structure TeleCMI applies, the plan tier and the minutes you use move the bill most.

What does a five-person TeleCMI team really pay?

Depending on the reading of TeleCMI's structure, a five-person team making 60 minutes of calls per person per day pays between ₹1,654 and ₹4,437 a month before GST on Basic. This is our model with stated assumptions.

Assumptions: 5 users, 21 working days, 60 minutes per person per day, so 5 × 60 × 21 = 6,300 minutes. The Basic minute pool is 5,000 minutes. Minutes beyond it are charged at ₹0.59 a minute, the rate on the reseller listing; confirm it with TeleCMI.

How does TeleCMI compare with other Indian providers' prices?

As of November 2026, Acefone's entry contact-centre plan is ₹1,599 per user and TeleCMI's Basic is ₹587 or ₹734. MyOperator's Sedan works out to ₹500 per user only if all ten seats are used and the year is paid upfront.

MyOperator's Sedan includes IVR (interactive voice response, the "press 1 for sales" menu) and WhatsApp, which TalkEasy Pro does not include.

When does a flat plan cost less than per-user pricing?

A flat plan costs less when your team's talk hours are modest and your headcount is high. We charge a flat monthly fee plus talktime, so adding a person does not add a seat charge. TalkEasy Pro includes unlimited users and contacts, call recording and history, team management and an analytics dashboard, with AI Call Assist. Talktime beyond the daily three hours is ₹49 + GST an hour. You can cancel anytime without a long-term lock-in. Pro excludes customisation and integrations; custom CRM integration is on Enterprise, which is quote-only.

The comparison, by our arithmetic and before GST on both sides. Under the per-user reading at ₹587, five users come to ₹2,935. ₹2,935 − ₹999 = ₹1,936, which buys about 40 extra hours at ₹49 an hour. Our included talktime is three hours a day, about 90 hours over 30 days. TeleCMI's Basic minute pool for five users is 5,000 minutes, about 83 hours. Under the bundle reading, TeleCMI's ₹887 is below our flat fee, so TeleCMI would be the cheaper option for five users. Count your team's talk hours for a week before deciding.

TeleCMI is the better fit if you need open APIs, shift-based routing or desk phones, which its article lists for Enterprise. Callers who need an IVR menu should shortlist providers that sell one. We sell the other half: a shared virtual business number for the whole team with routing, recordings, analytics and AI summaries, and a business dialer with click-to-call, call logging and recording. Buyers pay by UPI (Unified Payments Interface), card or netbanking, and receive a saved invoice. For help choosing between types of provider, read our guide to cloud telephony services in India.

How do you get a fair TeleCMI quote?

Get a written monthly total, with GST, for your user count and your real minutes. Each check below has a pass and a fail.

  1. Structure. Pass: the quote states whether the price is per user or a bundle, with the number of users it covers and the price of each extra user. Fail: a single figure with no user count.
  2. All-in monthly total. Pass: a written figure including GST that matches your user count × the rate, or itemises every difference. Fail: only "starting from" prices.
  3. Minutes. Pass: the quote states the minute pool (1,000 or 2,000 per user) and the rate for minutes beyond it, inbound and outbound. Fail: "unlimited" with no number.
  4. Billing term. Pass: it states whether the lower rate is paid upfront or committed for twelve months, and what happens on early exit. Fail: silence.
  5. Minimum users. Pass: a stated number that fits your team. Fail: a minimum above your headcount.
  6. Extras. Pass: rupee prices for extra users, international minutes and any plan feature you need. Fail: "depends".

Legitimate ways to pay less

  1. 1.Choose a flat plan with unlimited users when your team's talk hours are modest: TalkEasy Pro is ₹999 + GST a month with 3 hours of talktime a day, and you can cancel anytime.
  2. 2.Ask TeleCMI whether ₹587 is an annual rate. If the ₹587 and ₹734 pairing holds, the annual rate is 20% below the monthly one.
  3. 3.Count your team's talk hours for a week before deciding, and compare hours of talk rather than seats.

Frequently asked

No. The reseller listing shows ₹734 excluding GST and ₹866 including it, which is ₹734 plus 18% (734 × 1.18 = ₹866.12). For five users charged ₹734 each, that is ₹3,670 before GST and ₹4,331 with it. Ask TeleCMI to state whether ₹587 is also quoted before GST.
TeleCMI's fair-usage policy says it may suspend, limit or terminate access if a customer keeps exceeding the minute pool. The minute pool is 1,000 minutes per user per month on Basic and 2,000 on Premium, shared across the team. The reseller listing shows ₹0.59 a minute beyond it; get the rate in writing before you rely on it.
Possibly. TeleCMI's June 2026 article lists Premium at ₹755 on annual commitment and ₹944 month-to-month. It gives Basic's ₹587 without a billing term. Ask TeleCMI whether ₹587 is an annual rate, whether it is paid upfront or committed for twelve months, and what happens if you leave early.
It can be, when the team's talk hours are modest. We charge one flat monthly fee for unlimited users plus talktime, so a larger team does not pay a per-seat charge. Compare your weekly talk hours with the daily three hours in our Pro plan and with the minute pool on TeleCMI before choosing.
